Deathknight Helm is the official DeathKnight helm, which can be obtained in the quest of the same name by defeating its special boss. It has upgradeable Level 40 variant, sold by Sir Malifact.

This item requires a Dragon Amulet. This helmet once belonged to the terrible Deathknight, Sir Malifact! It was one of the items required to unlock his undead powers.

Overview[]
This helm item has no features of note, except perhaps that it may only appear as a reward upon defeating the quest's true boss, an encounter which occurs from the eleventh time onwards that a player completes the quest.
